App and Tech Support Horrendous – WatchESPN Review

Not only do I get unable to play video messages suddenly on phone, tablet, and appleTV but the tech support’s text help was absolutely a use of my time. I was told to sign in to my service provider. Lol. Thanks! The app automatically goes to the wrong provider. Rather than noting the glitch the customer service repeated I should sign in. I suggest the customer service folks sign into their own brains. I won’t use it again and had to write this for other people out there scratching their heads when Fios asks them to sign in when you’re not a fios customer.
