App Won’t Allow Me to Log In

I changed phone numbers, the app won’t allow me to log in claiming my email is associated with another account. I spent 2 hours speaking with customer service and they have been unresponsive and unhelpful at best.

I gave a suit for express dry cleaning yesterday as i have an interview tomorrow morning. They just returned it having cleaning only the trousers and not the jacket. When i called to ask for explanations, they told me that most probably i received a request from them to proceed with the jacket and i did not respond, this is why they did not clean it. That was not true, and i ended up with a dirty jacket the very last moment and without time to react. Completely unreliable and i will not use the service again.

Scaling a start up is difficult, we all know that, but one thing a laundry company shouldn’t compromise is quality: Washmen have screw up two jeans and the Customer Support response was “here’s 14DHMs for your next order”. Amazing. Is good that there’s multiple services for consumers out there, hopefully some of them will give two cents about quality next time.

When you click the login button for the app it takes you to the sign up page, there is really no way of logging into the app once you are out

I have used the service for quite sometime now and their service is bad. They once lost one of my ties and claimed It wasn’t part of the laundry I gave. Today, they are unaware of where my laundry is located. They called the driver and it’s not in his van. They called the facility and they can’t find it. Their responses lacks professionalism. They have no care for customer items and service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

If you’re in Abu Dhabi, don’t use it

Absolute disaster in Abu Dhabi. One time they gave me someone’s abaya, didn’t pick it back up for more than 2 days. Second time they didn’t pick up a rushed order for 5 hours and I cancelled it. In Dubai when I lived there it was fine but not in Abu Dhabi. Founders — get yourselves organized and put more resources when you expand your territory. So annoying!

After downloading their app and realizing their prices weren’t very good, I’ve been barraged with a constant flow of spam emails and sales phone calls. I’ve asked them to remove me, but the spam never stops. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The only thing about this app is the convenience. Other than that, the service is not worth it. There were many issues along the way such as incorrect billing for items, lack of customer service and clothes that came back with stains or weren’t cleaned. There are definitely better options out there.

Great great spot if you want your tailored made suits to be ironed on. On top of that they’ll take your suits for 2 weeks to only tell you it isn’t their fault. Great for convenience and also great if you don’t like your best clothing taken care of.
