The app itself is fine. The pick up and drop off takes place on time. But I'd advice you not to use these guys, they lost two of my very expensive pillowcases! Look elsewhere for more responsible laundry service.

Best laundry service in town. I tried many others but washmen are super professional, always on time, they answer your questions right away, delivery and pick up is always on time, they're prices are relatively compatible. I would always use them and recommend them to my friends.
