Gr8 service in line with their app. I am using it in Abu Dhabi and 100% satisfied about their service. Always on time and they dont bother at all for picking up or dropping off. Keep it up

I used Washmen for more than 2 years now. Quality wasn’t the best but they were reliable. Until my bank called me advising that I should block the last payment as there were many reports on abuse but I said no. I wanted to give them the credit of doubt. But when I checked the hefty charges on my last order I understood that there was a general problem. Going to the point of overcharging while not giving bill details...That’s a trust abuse. I am done with this service.

Don’t bother. After they stain your suit jacket, they will deliver it to the wrong villa/flat. After they’ve finally located and delivered it, you’ll realise the fabric is ruined forever.

I hesitate to give even one star. They simply do not have customer support. They lost my shirt and when they couldn’t find it they just ignored all my attempts to contact them. I have been a loyal customer but I will never use Washmen again or recommend them.

I have used this service for a while but am going to change. they have lost numerous items, sheets come back missing buttons and damaged. They don’t follow care label instructions as advertised things come back shrunk and damaged which I can never use or wear again! Absolutely terrible

Washmen is absolutely great from the service to the laundry itself. They do a spectacular job for a very affordable and up-front price, all while picking up and dropping off laundry to your home! I highly recommend it. Never had a bad experience with them and I know their support is there to help if needed.

Bad Laundry
They touted their new hand wash air dry capability. So I sent them a bag for clean and press that included clothes meant to be hand washed and dried as well as cold water washed and pressed. They did the entire load as wash and fold, shrinking a pair of dress pants and leaving the entire order for me to iron. When I complained, they wanted me to send the clothes back to them to be seen by their manager. They never apologized or suggested it was a bad thing that happened or suggested why it would never happen again. Well, it will never happen again because I’m not going to send them my laundry again!!
