I always wanted an app which does my laundry in the hassle free manner. Some apps did provide them but flicking thru times for pick up and drop off was still something I wanted fixed. My friend recommended me Washmen. She had used the service for 4-5 months and never went back. I finally gave it a shot and now I cannot go back. Their Insta-Order is simply amazing. Using 3D Touch and getting your laundry done is classic. The Wash Everything bag is what I mainly use it for, my laundry comes back smelling like fresh air. I’m hooked!

I really appreciate the thoughtfulness that goes into the customer experience with Washmen. I’ve had a few calls from their team to verify information that is typically looked over and they provide a sense of empowerment to their staff to allow them to make decisions swiftly and with the customer in mind.

Great app to simplify laundry Services. Reasonable prices too. I like that they actually pick up and drop off your laundry at the time you’ve specified as opposed to showing up whenever works best for the driver. Also, great customer service with quick response.

I was so doubtful when I used the application but I was so amazed by the pickup service and time .. My cloth came back so neat that honestly never seen such service in dubai

For the price you do not get great quality. Not sure if they wash or farm it out, but my clothes came back all smaller and with the colors faded, and my favorite pants now look 10 years old. They clearly use some low quality soaps and machines.

Washmen are the freshest thing to happen to the world of dry cleaners in Dubai! It's long overdue and much needed. The staff are friendly, helpful & competent. No more fumbling to find cash / no more clothes coming back unprofessionally done & no more rude customer "service"! YES!!!!
Nothing more than a middleman

This service is just a middleman outsourcing service. Customer service is horrendous because they have no control and very poor communication with the company that actual does the laundry service. You might as well just use a laundry service. They all pickup and deliver anyways. Then you actually can resolve an issue when there is one because you're dealing directly with the laundry service company and not a middleman pickup and drop off service.

I have been a long time user of Champion Cleaners, I just realized I can get a better and more affordable service with Washmen. Fast service, excellent quality and super cheap prices.
