Very very poor customer service

ozymondas

Game has many connection issues making you lose turns or even the match in PvP This isn’t really that big a deal though except when they offer challenges that only give you a certain number of chances. If you get dropped in the middle of the match tough luck and there goes one of your chances. Contacting customer service is well... there is none. Today is NOV1 and it’s been well over a day since I opened a chat screen and have yet to receive a reply. Under no circumstances pay for a monthly subscription. You will be wasting your money.

Great time killer

wolverstone

Fun and occupying so far can’t wait to see how it pans out

Pretty fun

Nibroc2021

Preferable to things like Summoner’s War.

Developers need help

Too bad, it is a fun game albeit glitchy. The sad thing is developers know it and, to stop people from pointing out the issues to each other, they screen your messages. So if I want to tell my guild mates about something, it has to go through a message waiting on validation period which is crap. For instance, there was a guild event and I posted a message about strategy 3 days ago, it is still pending verification and the event is now over. Almost makes guild chat obsolete. Instead of playing big brother, maybe work on the bugs and making the game crash less. Would be a much better use of your time. Really too bad because the game has potential to be really fun but it is what it is.

Typical farming time drain

Chodemus Maximus

This game is your run of the mill collect characters/items and then wait for upgrades game. It’s all there to tempt you to go buy crap you don’t need for a boring time drain of a game. No different than clash of clans or any of that crap.

Inappropriate rewards

ZeteDC

This game was great ... in the beginning. But as you level up and are faced with more difficult monsters, the rewards don’t increase commensurate with the difficulty. So you’re getting the same 15 experience points for a level 13 monster as a level 3. Furthermore, the amount of XP necessary substantially increases with each level so attaining a new level takes more and more time because they’re miserly doling out XP and coins. I understand these games are expensive to produce but some of in in-app purchases are ridiculous. Especially during a time when people are out of work and locked in their homes. You don’t need to become a multi-millionaire on the game. Have a heart.

Boring after a day

Jimsgol

Money pit. Not D&D

Addictive

Saraneb

Fun game, though it’s a bit of a cash cow if your not a patient person. It is also a bit glitchy occasionally but over all it’s worth a play

Fun but a bit over complicated

Fog Zombie

I’m thoroughly enjoying the gameplay but there are so many rewards and offers that they get in each others’ way. I’d like to see a simpler path to rewards then offers.

The game is fun, but....

shibacorn123

As a D&D nerd, I like this game. However, it’s super buggy. I will be in a middle of a match and all the sudden everything will freeze up and I can’t move. I have to delete and reinstall this app about twice a week. Totally unacceptable
