You’ve got to be JOKING – Warriors of Waterdeep Review

Hold up hold up hold up. You want ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for the newest promotional bundle?!?!?!?! IN A PANDEMIC???? For TWO (2) *eXtRa SpEcIaL* rare cards and some gems ??? First of all, the content you’re offering is utter TRASH darling. For that steep a price you’d expect a couple of chests and TONS of bonus common/rare gear so you at least have something to do with those gems. I get that you’re trying to pull off this trading card slash dungeon crawler money pit here but keep in mind the game has to actually be *fun* for people to want to pay in. Instead we’re stuck playing the same 4-5 dungeons over and over because of the throttle point you hit when you’re not willing to shell out. And a casual player might *actually* be willing to throw a couple of bucks here and there, but it is a COMPLETELY unapproachable price point. $125. I stopped dead in my tracks with the newest offer. I really wanted to believe in this game but it’s pretty clear how far you’re willing to gouge your fans to cover your own bottom line. ???
