I was impressed with the prompt delivery of the ordered items. I must have missed , however the “minimum order “ criteria. ( that’s on me). I also was curious as to the $7.00 tip left to the delivery person without my authorization . ( not opposed to tipping, just want to be the one who actually authorized it).

Stole $75 from me!! Crooks?

Never checked out because out of stock on everything I wanted and they charged me for Nothing! Publix has a terrific app and do not steal money from me! Also the whole time I am trying to pull up what I want to order ~Pop up/Pop up~Get delivery/ Get Delivery?? Walmart does Not deliver to my apartment and I have to keep punching _Pick Up, Pick Up! Stupid and annoying!! The blurred images and having to hit and hit the box to get the right item is just as annoying!! I cannot figure out Why ~Walmart cannot produce a more convenient and substantial App?? And get the right price on items~ ??? Calling and chat online to customer service is worse than the app! Does anyone know or speak English? Just call the Center for We Cannot Do Anything About It!-Walmart.

This is a very important service for me. My husband had a stroke and this is the ONLY way I can shop. He sits in the car with me and your great employees bring our groceries to our vehicle. Thank you very much and keep up the great service. A grateful customer.

App non responsive in substitution choices.

App will not let me remove check mark in substitutions. I will have to go to my computer to designate non-substitute items.

My wife and I have COVID. We are in need of grocery supplies. We didn’t want to expose anyone so we decided to use this online app. I had to enter 74 items 6 different times in order for the app to work and accept my order. This was a waste of time especially when you are very Ill. Hopefully the rest of the experience will go well and we will get what we purchased.

We usually order via Kroger click list and love it. Tried Walmart tonight and not impressed. I must have tried to checkout 10 times and every time I tried I was advised of an out of stock item. I had to go back to the cart to manually remove it, re enter my credit card CCV code etc. miserable experience. Why can’t it advise me of all of the items out of stock the first time?

Items that I purchase no longer can be shipped it’s pick up only. I don’t live near a Walmart that’s why I gave 3 stars.

I really like the app but there’s one thing they could add. A place where you can ask your shopper to do something for you while they are shopping. At other stores I always ask them to pick the freshest on the bread and always pick the farthest dates on my milk products and on my meats and they always do it for me happily

Crashing

App keeps crashing. I removed the app and reinstalled it. It is updated. Still keeps crashing.
