This is my first time online order and I was very happy w the clerks help in helping getting the right Walmart gift certificate and the 2nd clerk’s concern to b careful as they have had trouble w scams on gift cards. I came home and using my newly purchased gift card I placed the order! Thank you!

I always use the grocery pick up option! Yes, it has a few bugs but it got the job done. It saved me the hassle of bringing children into the store. Never had any big problems until recently. I wanted to try the scan and go because I enjoy using it at Sam's Club. Signed up for the 30 free trial days! I was so stoked to run up to the nearest store and give it a try. I find a great parking spot that rarely happens and proceeded to pull out my phone. It wants me to update to the newest version available. Sure, why not?! Literally sat in the parking lot for an hour trying to trouble shoot my app. It completely doesn't work. I assumed an iPhone 11 shouldn't have any problems to handle an update. Apparently, I was wrong. I've tried all the normal app fixes and nothing has worked. So my free 30 day trial is now ticking away and going to be wasted. I'm pretty bummed about it but hoping there will be an update soon so I can at least go back to using the grocery pick up option.

Is anyone else experiencing the verify if your a human or a robot before you can get into the app? I’m on IPhone 13 latest update. It won’t let you in when you do the verification, just keeps going back to redo it. Tried reinstalling already also.

I was ready willing and able to pay for the item I wanted at the price that was labeled specifically for it; I was unaware that if I didn’t spend $35.00 or more that I was going to be penalized & charged an additional $6.00 dollars just for not spending more than $35.00. That to me feels like I’m being robbed of my hard earned money just because I didn’t need to spend a good amount of money this time around & then still taxed for the item regardless of the tax price..

Tried downloading this app to order items for kids Valentines Day projects. I found a couple of items but the app does not tell you any of the following: -is this item in stock in the store -is this item available online only and not in the store -is this item available for pickup and not delivery This on top of the fact that the actual store experience is quite miserable made me want to give up and go elsewhere next time.
