Please change the app back to the way it was before the merge! I HATE that it no longer shows prices in nearby stores! I used to travel to the five Walmarts around me looking for deals that I had found online for in store shopping. Now I can’t even see the price in any store! Plus, the app shows one price, then I get to the store and it’s more expensive!! Bring back in store prices please!!!!!!!!!!!!

When will the app be able to support the registry options? I like the convenience of the app but it is impossible to make a registry on the web browser. It could be so much more streamlined and stress free on the app.

I have one star due to the fact that I can no longer add to my order once I’ve placed it. I totally understand having a timeframe to do so in but 5 minutes after I placed it and I remember something, I can’t add without making a whole new order. Might as well cancel the whole thing and take all my kids in.

Being disabled it’s difficult for me to make it to the grocery store. Add Covid to the mix and I’ve actually been in Walmart twice in the last year and a half. Of course it doesn’t mean that I haven’t been shopping,It just means I haven’t been in the store. The ease of using this app and delivery service is extraordinary. On top of that any customer service matter(few and far between ) have been resolved within seconds and no questions asked. Highly highly recommend this Service to anyone. Not just the disabled. I can see how it would be so convenient for working parents

I love ordering ahead for pickup. I get to choose my day and time. The process couldn’t be easier. My only complaint is they are often out of things I want. I figure that’s an issue everywhere right now.

I needed to by cleaning spray for my piercings and the item I had bought made me realize it won’t come in time. So I went to by it in person for a much cheaper price at a different location. I went to also cancel the order, but the order was still processed. I went to cancel the order about 30 minutes after placing it where I did not want this item anymore.

I purchased an expensive Apple product from Walmart.com. Curbside pickup is required and downloading this app is the only way to schedule it! Now that they have my money I am learning this. Could just walk into the store. Complete and utter nonsense.
