I wish Walmart would stop trying to improve their app. Used to be flawless now delivery orders are a total mess and the tracking of a delivery order is almost non existent. Hope they get the bugs worked out.
Account compromised TWICE

Not sore what is up with Walmart but my account was compromised twice in the span of 4 months.. for $700x2 and another for $277. I was able to cancel them and release the pending charge but I can no longer feel safe shopping on the Walmart App.

The young man that brought out my groceries today was exceptional!!! He was curious, organized everything in my trunk. Arranged it so nothing would fall out. Most of the kids are great but he was exception!!!!! ? Thanks
“Free” delivery

Walmart makes multi billion dollars a year in PROFIT , and yet they still find ways to price gouge and squeeze money from their customers. I have the so-called free delivery plan. And in the beginning it was great I didn’t have to worry about meeting a $35 threshold to save the shipping fee. Now I have to scramble to meet the $35 threshold, buying things I don’t really need, just so I don’t get charged 5.99 because I’m not spending $35 on items shipping from the store. Yes that still has free shipping but I still have to pay $5.99 for under orders . I could be 50 Cent under and still be charged the $5.99. It’s bad enough the prices are rising and in most cases more than in a supermarket. It really is sickening that you feel the need to do this

Walmart’s got products for everyone. I recommend Walmart’s Great Value original plant based veggie burgers. I’m at least vegetarian and usually vegan, I sometimes have cheese or chocolate but all vegan otherwise. Those burgers are so good. Even a meat eater could eat them because they are so flavorable and they are better for your heart and cholesterol too cuz their veggie.
App jumps ahead when scrolling

The App makes it difficult to browse because it jumps ahead requiring me to scroll back to find where I was prior to it jumping ahead. It’s very annoying.

Very difficult and confusing. Purchased items in store but they would not honor online price. Had to return and purchase the same item, from the same store, online. Ridiculous.

Finding the Walmart+ option has been so helpful! Since moving to a new state and having to learn so many new things, shopping is easy, thanks to familiar Walmart. I get orders quite often - from food to tools to toys and presents! The delivery is often same day!! All I can say is THANK YOU!
