I already commented on the annoyance of the cloud storage ads every single time you open the app, but I have to also mention that the app is now worthless for monitoring anything because it now allows your screen to lock while watching the camera. It used to stay open indefinitely, but now after a minute, the screen locks, forcing you to unlock your screen, reopen the app, and again watch the stupid cloud storage ad. I use this to monitor my daughter’s crib and I’m often doing other tasks while doing so. Having the screen lock after just a minute renders this app - and any wifi camera that relies on it - completely and utterly useless. Hopefully the developers read these reviews cause their app is total trash after the latest reviews. Stay away.

Everything works great. It would be nice if while viewing multiple cameras on the home page streamed live like they do if one camera is selected. For the price of the camera I think all-in-all it does a good job. I Switched to ongoing recording mode and added notify feature.

Easy to setup provided you have the unit connected to Ethernet first and then switch to WiFi. Thanks to the other reviewer who posted that tip. I’m pleased with the purchase. Pan/tilt works great, as well as zooming. I bought this for monitoring the dog while we’re out and it works great.

They have some many issues with this app its remarkable it’s even still in use! I don’t have a choice in another app. If I did I would drop this app in a heart beat!! I know everyone is wanting to hear the issues with this app, but I’m not gonna have enough space to write it all! All I can say is stay away!!!
I’m Having Trouble And Who Do I Contact?

I am trying to connect my Uniwood camera to the Wi-Fi, but I am not having any success. Everything goes smoothly until I get to the “connecting to server” screen and then the app just stalls and does nothing. Eventually the timer runs out and the message states the the connection had failed. Yet, when it connects the router to the server the robotic voice tells me that the setup was successful. Please find the bug that is damaging this app and the companies reputation. Thank you.
