Oh my gosh what a pain! It drops wireless even when connected to Ethernet and won’t change the time zone. HATE this application! All I want is to be able to watch a litter of puppies. First time I’ve ever given an app 1 star. Cannot describe how silly it is.

The new update totally lessened the HD quality of the camera. It went from really good HD to VGA quality. Would've given a 5 star if not for the new update that I downloaded. FIX IT!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve only had this camera & app for 2 days & the camera literally goes “offline” for no apparent reason constantly. My internet connection is not the issue as I have tons of other apps & websites running on it just fine. What is the point of this app/camera if you constantly have to reconfigure to the app?? Did I mention you have to be there in person to reconfigure? I got the camera/app to be able to monitor my pet but it’s a total bust. Sending this camera back & deleting this horrible app.
