I still can’t watch offline

After downloading a bunch of shows, i tried to watch them offline but the videos won’t even play. What’s the point of offline viewing if it doesn’t even work? I still have to connect anyway if I’m even going to be able to watch something. Either fix this problem or dump the whole offline concept altogether!
In the middle of a DBS fight ad

Well I really like the app it’s self it show a variety of different anime, cartoons and Korean shows. I was just in the the middle of watching DBS (Dragon Ball Super) and everyone was fighting. You know my eyes are glued to the screen, eating then and ad pops up. It’s not even an ad about anime or anything anime related. I just wish they can fix the anime positioning like have it where the show goes on it’s little short break, also make the ads more about anime or about the app itself.

Vrv is a really good app and I use it all the time to watch different shows. I usually prefer dubs for anime but sometimes you have to have premium to watch it. I was recently watching assassination classroom, one of my favorite anime, and season one was free and season two was premium. I didn't mind because I can just find season two dubbed somewhere else. Recently I haven't had time to watch it but, when I finally had time to watch it I was in the middle of episode 9. I clicked on the episode and it said premium. I looked and vrv changed season one to premium when it wasn't before and I was in the middle of watching an episode. That is kinda upsetting....

Hi I been using this app for awhile and I do have a subscription with you guys I love how I have many shows to chose but there some concerns I have. Some shows doesn’t show the new episodes even when it’s been released it take awhile and some channels have the same though they do not have all the episodes some my have 5 while the other is in 2 which is quite weird and upsetting. It would be nice to know when a new episode coming soon or a new season just arrive from a show you recently watch. Another concern is that some shows say they are mature but they have blockers which block the mature stuff which I find very upsetting and disappointed when it say mature and the show has blockers. I would love a reply on these concerns but please do consider these concerns of mine.
Used to like this app but..

I really used to like this app, but I’m getting really mad at the glitches. First it was showing that I didn’t watch episodes when I did, now it deleted almost all of my viewlist and is still showing that I haven’t watched episodes that I’ve already seen. On top of that, when I got to an anime that used to be on my list, it still says it is still added. I am really considering deleting this app if the glitches aren’t fixed. Please fix them, I really like this app.

I loved to use this app to watch anime with no worry of having to forget the anime I wanted to watch. I’d often keep my old ones in case a New season comes out or I want to re watch it But Why.... Must you add a limit I completely lost half of my animes I didn’t even watch yet thanks crunchy roll
