Taking too long to release Apple TV app. I don't like to binge a show from a 5.5" screen.

I am trying to chrome cast episodes from funanimation. They never work. Is there some problem with that?

Iv been trying to watch HarmonQuest and ads started popping up. All fine with that, but what I’m not fine with is the ads not ending. They keep repeating again and again and again, with seemingly no end. Impossible to watch anything

Every time I try to watch something it gives me ads instead of the actual video then when it shows me the video it goes back before the ad was played and I have to watch the ad again and I can’t get any further then the first ad pop up

The service works well enough. Funimation section is lacking with only subtitle shows which for the person who enjoys the animation as well as easier to follow story is saddening. The lack of an apple tv support is leaving the service sadly wanting as well. Update: One of the issue with app is how it organizes the ability to search for content. Its done terribly and makes it harder than it should be to find things to watch.

This a great app and the premium subscription is cheap at only $10 a month. The selection is great and it’s constantly updating but, the biggest flaw is the app’s chrome cast feature just doesn’t want to work for some reason. I’ve tested it many times and googled every fix I can find, but no one has found out how to make it work. I’m going to try talking to their customer service team next and see what they say. Hopefully they come up with a fix so I can give this app 5 stars.

It’s pretty flawless execution for users who subscribe to the premium package, and it’s actually kind of worth subscribing to. It’s been referred to as the Netflix of anime (even though Netflix also does anime) and I have to agree. Quite polished and you’ll see no ads if you pay the subscription fee.

I don’t know why people are complaining. At all. My account is linked to VRV and Crunchyroll and Alpha and Roosterteeth in one app. All access to everything on those sights plus a hell of a lot more. All the manga from Crunchyroll everything. This app and service are great. Idk why people are whining, they want everything for free, perfect, and on a silver platter I guess.
