Too much ads

I watched 4-6 of the same ads every 10-15 minutes I can’t touch my screen or else it takes me to a website

Ive never been interested in crunchyroll, because that site throws like 15 ads right into your face, but when i found this app, i could finally enjoy anime. This app is literally the worst functioning app ive ever seen. The episodes randomly start over, losing your progress in the episode while youre watching them, and then they turn off the subtitles, so the only option is to restart the episode. Another issue is the way this app handles ads. The screen turns black, probably loading the ad, but then if i resume the episode it paused, the anime keeps playing (skipping the ad). All videos do this constantly, and it is extremely frustrating to deal with when you just want to watch something. Despite how annoying and awful this app is to use, ill still keep using it because it has a ton of shows to watch for free, if you can get past all these hassles.
Godzilla ad played 5x in a row. Unwatchable content

I’m cool with ads but watching the same ad on repeat 5x in a row isn’t worth watching your great content. I’m guessing this is a bug which make me not want to pay for your subscription service. Don’t want to pay for a buggy app.
Password length limitation only on iOS

Usually watch on pc and android but decided to try out on iPad. Apparently there’s a 32 character limit on the password input. Not sure how this is acceptable when the android app does not have this limitation. This will remain a one star review until this issue is resolved in an update. To be clear the app is great and designed rather well, but I literally cannot use the iOS version because of this boneheaded limitation. Most of the other reviews seem to be people complaining they have to pay money to not have ads. Not sure what they’re expecting but at least they aren’t pirating?
No customer service whatsoever

I’ve been a premium member since VRV started and never had issues, but been having issues casting since a month ago and can’t play any shows now. It starts playing for a few minutes and then stops on its own, once you hit play again, it gives a message saying that playback is temporarily... not playing back. But no way to report the issue to VRV. If it continues with the issue, I will have to cancel my membership.

I swiped down to check the time and it gave me an ad where it isn’t suppose to this happens all the time when I leave and return to the app or sometimes even pause it Please fix it
Needs an English version

To be honest it’s a really good app but I think there should at least be the English audio version,If you can get to it please add it

I know they made crunchyroll but VRV loads way faster than this . I love animes like Madoka magica , sailor moon, Reuben starlight and way way more I love those anime’s thank you so much for making VRV
Quit It With The Ads!

I would rate VRV 2/5 stars. The choices of what you can watch are excellent, but I got 4 godzilla ads in a row. It’s starting to get annoying. I would like the app better if there weren’t so many ads.
