They won’t let you withdraw money

I have over 5,000 I can’t access because of the two party authorization there is a glitch and no love support do not put your money in this app !!!! Warning !!!

The app is a scam! I’ve had money in this for almost a year and when I went to withdraw it. It kept sending confirmation codes but no way to submit!
Easiest way to get exposure into crypto

I love the user interface. Working through the application is easy. My only con with the application is it has no integration with Mint. Mint integrates with all the other major crypto exchanges and it be nice to manage finances there as well with Voyager. I don’t know if this is something on voyagers or mints side. It’s probably due to security. Overall the application is second to none.
Interest Rates Decrease Without Warning

It’s a decent app for buying and selling crypto, but I hate that they drop the advertised interest rates on the coins & tokens without warning, and they don’t even let the holders know that they are now receiving a lower rate. Unless you routinely check the interest rates on your assets, you would never know.

Used to use Coinbase but I’m liking this better. The rewards are great too. I would definitely recommend using the app and Voyager in general!

App forced me to update and I cannot access my account until I submit a license and selfie. How do I know this app is even secure to submit my information to? Also forces you to use plaid which is facing a class action lawsuit for privacy breaches

I love everything about Voyager and what it stands for.. However, you all are making it hard for me.. To compete against Robinhood, Cashapp, Tdameritrade, and soon to be Fidelity; please find a way to get rid of these fees to buy into the market.. Maybe keep the selling or converting fees.. But, we need more people in the market and the fees are not helping.. Please go public soon.. Merge with Square or buy them if possible.. Or, merge with Facebook as that would allow Basebook to be an industry leader in crypto and p2p transfers and transactions... Most important, I currently use yahoo finance to manage and see my average cost and gains or losses for all my different crypto investments.. I would love it if Voyager would incorporate my average cost per coin.. Also, add in my daily and total gains and losses.. I should not have to use a third party site to manage investments that I purchased on your site.. Lastly, please add custom alerts for all of the crypto’s offered on the platform... We only have the ability right now to set custom alerts for three assets and again I have to use a third party site for the others.. I would love for Voyager to be my source for everything crypto...
Unable to transfer coins to wallet

I’ve contacted support without a response for months now. I want to transfer my coins out without having to sell them and have not received any help on this. My account says I’m unable to withdraw and I’ve provided screenshots and all the data on my ticket months ago.
