How stupid is it when u sign up and your fool app says the email and password i just keyed in for the first time in incorrect. Excuse me?!? NO. Your devs and programmers are incorrect you #$&@s. What a complete failure on your part. I wouldnt trust u all with a single satoshi.

This is a fantastic crypto exchange. The rewards are very competitive, the user interface is great, and most importantly, I’ve had nothing but success when it has come to my customer service experiences. They were really timely and understanding in everytime, and everything has been completed. I would certainly recommend the app to anyone.

They deactivated my account and I lost all my funding I owed them money and was still making payments on it and today they erased all of my money from everting I lost everything

Worst app ever. Sent a request for information two weeks ago on a transferred that happened more than 20 days ago and still no response from customer service. Seems my money was lost. Very dangerous app.

I transferred my Polygon coin into voyager and it disappeared!!! And no one in voyager can help, at least if I could maybe speak to someone there’s not even a way to communicate. I called a number online and it was a different company all together, they get so many wrong calls they had already researched the correct number and gave it to me (voyagers best customer service is a whole different company) when I called that numbers no one was available to actually speak to even address my issue!!!! Horrible experience!!!!!!

Love the app. Super clean and easy to use. Was up and trading in no time. Signed up using a promo code from a youtuber and also shared my code with my father in law. Received my free bitcoin within hours of depositing money into my account. Would give 5 stars when they add: dark mode, tax forms (as of this review you have to request them) and alerts like Robinhood has when your positions dip or gain 5%-10%. Other than that super happy. This platform also lets you move your bitcoin to a cold wallet. Good to know.

Tried taking my crypto out of the app to my cold storage and it has disappeared. No money in my voyager app, no money on my wallet. Can’t seem to get a hold of customer service
