Unable to transfer coins to wallet – Voyager: Buy BTC, ETH, SHIB Review

I’ve contacted support without a response for months now. I want to transfer my coins out without having to sell them and have not received any help on this. My account says I’m unable to withdraw and I’ve provided screenshots and all the data on my ticket months ago.
