Voyager's app and company overall has been great and I've enjoyed watching its growth since early 2021. I hope they make changes to their app so that iPad/Tablet users have a full screen/extended view rather than the current small/mobile appearance. I also need dark mode!

This is by far my most favorite crypto trading app. I use tins of other apps to diversify and this one by far is my favorite. I feel that my funds are completely safe, and I’ve never had any issues with support at all. The loyalty program is amazing as well as all the features and functionality that are coming with a debit card. Getting passive income on close to half of the cryptocurrency they offer is easy money. I recommend this app to everyone of my friends and family. 5 stars for sure. 100% the best platform out there.

After I found out I could buy & receive bitcoin but not send it I decided to sell/switch the little I had into usd so I could withdraw it. I’ve tried to link 5 different bank accounts to do this. It let’s plaid link the account then a message saying “we cannot accept deposits or withdrawals from this institution, please link a different bank” pops up. I messaged support and got back a very short message that said something like “voyager has decided not to do business with these institutions due to fraud issues” makes since you might think….. but I didn’t mention the name of any bank when I messaged support. Also it just so happens that the five bank accounts I have are ones that have fraud issues? I’d recommend cash app as a easier to navigate and all around much better way to buy, invest, sell and send/use bitcoin.

The customer service/ support team is worse than the 2017 crypto winter. Decided to diversify my trading apps when a $100 promotion offer “MAVS100” was marketed. I completed all of the requirements to qualify, but randomly only receive a $25 Refferal bonus. (I never referred anyone) why would you refer anyone after being guaranteed $100 to later be told since I received the $25 Refferal promotion I now cannot get the promotion I originally qualified for. The support team was slower than dial up to respond and unsettled to know this is how their support team responds to us the customer. Mark Cuban please know this hurt my image of you and your business practices due to the team at Voyager.

They took my money and will not let me transfer to another account or withdraw. They give me no option to enable my account for withdraws and ignore all support requests. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Literally any other exchange/wallet is better than this

Poor crypto app quality and never think in case of problem support team can help you. Now is a few month I want to cash out my money from voyager and app don’t let me do it and I am not able to reach anyone to report the technical issue.
