Besides the poor customer service and the many fees, this app is so lame. This is a HUGE company. Can’t they do better than this?! If they can’t, what does that tel you?!

I hate this useless app. I can never log in when using Touch ID. Look at the Fidelity app, guys, if you want to see how it’s done correctly.

How can you have trust in the advisors when the app is poor and problematic. Its the worst app by far. Why does Voya want their name associated with this?

Alright for a quick balance inquiry. Go through the website for great user-friendly tools and info. This app is a waste as it stands.

Can’t understand all the negative reviews. Works great for me after setting up an account. I think people miss the step of having to register first. Otherwise I love how easy it is to manage my account and see how close I am to being able to retire someday! It does look a little dated so only 4 stars, but it functions great.

Why has this app not been updated to at least fit the iPhone screens since the phone size changed??? It is embarrassing my future livelihood is being held by an organization that not only is not future proofing something simple like an App, but they are years behind. The worst feeling when opening and this is the only App on my phone that still looks like this. I can not express enough how damaging this is.

This app allows me to do everything on my account. I can look up balances, make transactions, research unit values and fund performance. Easy to use Orange Money tool lets me know my progress towards retirement.
