Lose the bells and whistles

Same goes for the website. I just want to manage my account without your estimators, planning tools, goals, etc. getting in the way. If you must include them, they should go in a planning tab behind holdings, history, changes, and fund info. Having the focus on your estimators when I log in is very annoying. No complaints once I get to the real account info.
Lots of required maintenance, no iPhone XS Max support

Tons of required during weekends. Dunno if they are preparing for a big upgrade or just going back to fix whatever they can at this point. This whole app needs to be redone. iPhone XsMax support still not there. Which means the developer has more important things to do. Which makes me wonder what they are cooking. U better blow my mind one day with this app.

App will freeze a lot and the cropped page for older iOS devices needs to support iOS 12 and iPhone X screen. Please update. Thank you

Worst App Ever-Been Down for Months, Can't log in

Consistently locks users out even when entering the correct password. Resetting the password is extremely difficult and requires going to the online sign on. Extremely troublesome for international users, as it requires a 7-digit U.S. phone number to reset the password. Because international phone numbers are longer, they won't accept them. So you have to make an international call to your ECAP representative. Needs a serious update. Please remove the bugs that lock users out needlessly and make it more seamless for international members.

Why does this app keep crashing?! It’s been almost two weeks and it keeps saying to try again later. Insane.

This app crashed my phone 2 times before I finally found out it was the problem so I have had to remove the app from my phone otherwise I was about to have to pay a $1000 for another! I wouldn’t even give it a star but I have no choice!!
