The app is a help, but wish I could add an item to pickup on day before pickup appointment. Other stores do it.

The just for you section makes it easy to sort what items are the best deal for me. I prefer to look by category and add items to my list. It is frustrating that the weekly add section no longer has lists of items, it’s ONLY a digital copy of the weekly ad.

Love Vons and shop there often. Do get frustrated when the “sale” price is not rung up properly on the weekly specials.
Ridiculous privacy policy! Read it. No way

The privacy policy and the type of information collected is far too intrusive. I want to buy groceries, not have them deep dive into every aspect of my life including accessing audio and video while in their stores. No thanks, I’ll shop somewhere else that values and respects my privacy more.
Orders are NEVER completely filled

I have ordered from Von’s delivery twice. It is frustrating that my orders are not completely filled or substituted. What is the point of the item being listed available and then not fulfilled. InstaCart does a great job of letting the customer know if the item is available or not before the point of purchase. Vons should take notes. Customer can’t meal plan if their orders are not fulfilled. By way of example, I ordered mushrooms and premium ground beef to make spaghetti. None of those items were in my delivery.

The employees are so gracious & helpful. Even after the Santa Monica looting, they are even more attentive, kind & helpful. I am very impressed with their willpower to be so upbeat and attentive even after the mayhem. Kudos to your Santa Monica team. The manager is always on the floor and assisting guests. This is so appreciated
