Good connections

Tabonne

I have been very happy with our Vonage Connections and clarity. Just wish they had free connections in the Caribbean.

Very Hapy with Vonage

jrhals

The Vonage extension app allows me to answer calls when I’m not home. I can block calls, forward calls, check call rates to a specific number, and manage voicemail all from the app on my cell phone. Great service, company, and app!

Call quality degrading

I’ve started hating Vonage extensions app. Calls dropping in between. When connecting I can’t hear anything sometimes even though call is connected. I’m done with Vonage soon. Good luck!!

Some settings don’t sync with website account

MechGhost

The app works great, but some settings don’t sync with the website account. For example if you turn on do not disturb from the app, it doesn’t reflect it on the website. Vice verses, if you turn on do not disturb from the website, it doesn’t show it’s on from the web app. In my case I was wondering why phone calls were going straight to voicemail.

Great App and Service!

Anika72

A great app that really works! Very happy so far. I’m currently having to use Vonage while abroad, and this app is so easy to use, and it makes my calls really cost-effective! Keep up the good work, Vonage!

Love this app!!!!!!!

I loved this app as it is very convenient for me to use it on the go also my parents can use the phone at same time from home. So basically, it is convenient for everyone in my family.

This app tortured me

I have 132 apps in my phone as I am writing this. Vonage service is good, but this is the most ridiculous app in my phone.

Love it

Been using Vonage for years and I just love it

swiftouch

ffs this is a joke right!? unable to copy paste phone number? what stupidity has ensued that would lead to this feature not being included?
