You can’t do anything on this app that you could do on the regular site. And the regular site will not open and directs to the app. A simple payment can not be made on the app or if so can not find a payment option. The app is useless
Call Failed

I am outside of the USA , and i connot use my mobile data to make or receive calls on my vonage app. When i attempt to make a call on monile data it says call failed, this is a mew issue! Whats going on?

Unable to decline the call . One touch call is annoying, should ask before connecting.
Text messaging has very little substance

You can’t do a group text with outside phone number. You can only group text within the company extensions. This should have been a standard feature since now a days, you may have to text multiple clients at the same time to keep communication clear. For example: group messaging clients who are spouses or business partners. As a real estate agent, this is done quite often with my clients. Now I have to find a third party messaging app to help solve this issue. I hope Vonage Business will get this implemented ASAP!!

Ever since I installed iOS 13.3 I am missing calls! In the past it didn’t matter if I was using the app or my phone I could toggle between them by putting one call on hold. But now if I’m on a call in the app and my phone rings the option to place a customer on hold and answer my cell is not there. It only gives me “decline or end/answer”. Also if I’m on an in app call and place it on hold I can’t make a call from my cell anymore. So know I’m missing calls or inadvertently hanging up on customers when my technicians call me. Please repair! Before this issue I would have gave this app 5 stars. It was great now it’s almost useless. 1-22-2020. Updated to 3 stars because of the response. When it gets fixed it will be 5 stars.

I love Vonage Business! The only thing I’m missing is the option to receive and send fax from my mobile device. I pay for efax but I am unable to check or do anything regarding my fax from my mobile phone.

Vonage connection getting worse day by day I contacted so many times at the Vonage advanced team service specialists They are stating “your internet is not good” But internet works good and all other websites opens downloads good But Vonage is worse Please contact me at 707-308-7008 I don’t believe that internet is bad, cause This is regular answer of Vonage even for Verizon, and for all others Please contact me and help me finally to set and work my Vonage phone appropriate Why all other websites work download or upload good, and only Vonage is bad??? Please set this up working good even in Uzbekistan All my other friends says Vonage is bad, let’s use Ring Central And if you will not fix the issue then I have to leave you I am pretty sure the problem in Vonage technical parameters Cause Vonage is also working bad even in USA (Verizon, Comcast or other is also bad)
