I’d refer Vonage Business to anyone who wants to add telecommunications to their workforce. I have been using it for just 3 days now, and the experience is just amazing. I was able to explore the app fully, and it’s very user friendly for non techies too. Go for it!

No more FaceTime!!!!

I downloaded this app for my business and it works pretty well but I have two issues with it. First is that it doesn’t always ring to my phone and the second is that I have an iPhone so I can no longer FaceTime my co-iPhone friends or family!!! The Vonage video replaced that on my contacts list. Extremely frustrating as my counterparts do not have this app to video chat with me. How do I fix this?

I have to constantly return calls to customer because of poor call quality. I try not to use this app when making calls.
