Developers not going to update

Hi, everyone - Like many of you, I have also experienced the frustration of not being able to use the app that I’ve loved for several years. I reached out to their support team and was told by Bruce that this is on their “priority list” and their “app users have not been forgotten about”. This was on 05/17. It shouldn’t take them this long to work on an update for their app. He also did mention that they will not contest if I decided to request a refund. I wouldn’t hold my breath on them ever updating this app.

Such an amazing service without a functional app. What a shame. I paid for this app and I can’t use it because they don’t have an update for iOS 14. Come on.

Bought this app a while back. Today when I checked abruptly, it failed to open and got error message - incompatible with latest iOS version. Any eta on this?

Love the web version, but I’m unable to download the app due to incompatibility with the latest iOS. Hopefully, the developers will update soon.

Won’t work on the current iOS 14.6. App Store details say it should but if you try to open the app, it says it needs to be updated by the developer.
The app doesn’t work on iOS 14.6 and later and seems it won’t get fixed anytime soon!

The app doesn’t work on iOS 14.6 and later. The developers knew this from a long time ago and they didn’t do anything about it. I contacted many times and they said the update won’t be available for at least the next several months! Extrme irresponsiblity of them!

Apparently the owner needs to update for iOS wish I knew that before paying for it. Really bummed.
