Wouldn’t let me sign into my school account. I want my money back this is a waste of my time. I tried to change my email to make it work but it wouldn’t change.
Freezing and doesn’t let me save words at times

I’m frustrated with how many times the screen freezes and doesn’t let me scroll down or save certain words. I’ve always had issue with this app even with old phones so I know it is not my phone. These kinks should have been figured out by now! How long has this site been around now?

When I initially used the app, I found it helpful but noticed in the past three months, it has rendered ineffective for me. None of the options seem to be working! I would love some help.
