App NEVER works

I love my Vizio TV , but the fact that this app NEVER works is frustrating seeing that it's the only means of access to my TV. I have to pair my TV every time I want to cast to the TV or change a setting. Fix it NOW!!!

This app is all but useless! My PHD was of no value to get thing to function beyond a volume and channel controller! Last Visio I will ever purchase.

Bought you’re 4K TV 2 years ago. My phone is just that a phone. NOT a smart remote! $500 for my TV and you can’t throw in a normal remote? This app is terrible! TV performs good enough but your app destroys my experience. I’m switching to Samsung. At least they provide a FULLY FUNCTIONAL REMOTE. Duh! Pathetic corner cutting. Forget the app.

I will never stop having issues with getting one small detail, like a REMOTE, to just connect. My tv is on the same wifi, same name I'm connecting to, and nothing. This is terrible. And you have to use it because they changed their remotes. HORRIBLE. ALL OF IT.
