I though this app was awesome but after having several packages that were NEVER delivered, I reached out to customer service to get a refund because as a buyer you pay a fee for “buyer protection”. They informed me I would not receive a refund for anything and I should ask my neighbors if they got the package. This is NOT how you treat customers. The least they could do is reimburse me the buyer protection fee I paid that apparently doesn’t protect the buyer. Save your money this is a scam.

I have been using Vinted forever and loved it. I referred several friends but had trouble getting and using the vouchers. Customer service was not helpful and rude at moments. I had a lot of money expire because I could not get help from them. Very disappointing. Their response to this was to contact the same people that said they wouldn’t do anything. They still won’t and were rude about it to top it off.

Do not trust vinted with your money. I have spent hundreds and maybe over a thousand dollars on vinted transactions. Then one seller decides to scam me and provide a fake tracking number. Vines agreed to refund me for the expensive bundle, but I never received a refund. It’s been months and I’ve been trying to contact vinted to get my money back but they are not helping me at all even though support claimed my transaction was covered by “buyer protection”. Do not trust them! Another girl messaged me because she also got scammed by the same seller and she also did not receive her items not a refund. Super unprofessional! You lost a good customer Vinted.

This app only allows to use your own photos and that’s fine but u spend the time to edit and take photos and they pull them down every other day saying, they are stock photos and in violation of copy right infringement. How can you into tell the difference between stock and my own photos? They even took down all my vintage items. You can’t find vintage stock photos. This is ridiculous. I wrote them all the time about this but they continue. Beware as you waist your time with this app.

Why oh why oh why can you select category when you’re shopping other closets, but there’s no “select category” feature when you’re viewing your own closet/profile? I have a decent amount of listings, and I really don’t need to waste my time scrolling through everything to find one thing I need to edit or add model photos to. I sell things locally in person as well and need to be able to quickly locate items to take them down if they’re bought in person. Such a huge flaw that seems like an easy fix. UPDATE: I had solved my own problem by going into search and typing in my member name and then the category “RaspyTimbre skirts” that was working. Now for some reason, I’m coming up with with no results. PLEASE ADD THE “SELECT CATEGORY” FEATURE ON VIEWING YOUR OWN CLOSET/PROFILE. Please.
