Very unreliable

1. Push notifications stop at their whim and miss major alerts when I need them. Don’t even know how to get this fixed had brought this to the notice of support center in New York and never received a reply. 2. iOS 11.0.1 and the ability to put all cameras is gone from the device section where you have top right button to set mode for all cameras at once. Have 8 b1 cameras and 3 p1 cameras and it’s terrible going for settings under each one to put it into maintenance. Had already submitted the bug to the support center in New York 2 months ago and yet they say it’s under review. Not sure if investing so much into these cameras was a mistake.
App crashes often after update!

I agree with another reviewer here. After the most recent update, the motion detector stopped working. Had to reboot (unplug & plug back) the camera to get it to work again. But the most egregious part is the app now keeps crashing when I try to view my snapshots & videos triggered by motion. Relaunching the app only works sometimes. This is a very serious issue. Please provide a fix ASAP. 2/7/18 Update: Problem fixed. Thank you.
It Hates Me

I tried reinstalling the app several times after having problems. Nothing works. All I see is a blank, white screen. I try going to the app's support feature on the App Store in the Review section. But when I tap on Support, a window opens up but nothing appears. Nothing. I guess that the app hates me. My next step will be to call the company. Hopefully, that will help. I will keep my fingers crossed.

I LOVE this app & am so grateful it allows me to check in on my kitties while I am away. I can't believe something this awesome is free!
