Great but needs improvement

Great app overall But there is a huge problem. I scanned my card and said that I have the experience discs but it won’t see the experience discs. So now I am stuck with the same old boring ones and wasted some money.
Can't even use the app.

Pass Cards do not register and the app can't recognize the discs. Unusable.

Caution! This app does NOT work. It will download and open, but will never go passed the loading screen. I wish I had read the bad reviews prior to purchasing. No wonder there view masters are selling so cheap everywhere. I would have given it zero stars if iTunes would have let me!
App did not work!! Dont Buy!!

I just purchased this today but the app did not work!! The logo with letter "M" just keep freaking spinning!!!! Wasted my time and money!! I felt like i got robbed!!! How can you sell an app worth $15 and does not even work!!! So upset right now!! I want my money back!!

I have to write this just because of all the other poor reviews. I read them while the app was loading and got very nervous. Upon installing and opening, I placed my disc on the floor in my bedroom and tried. Fail. Read directions again. They say well lit room. Brought it into the bathroom and placed on counter. Still didn't work. Got closer to the disc and Bam! I see something. Pull the trigger and I was launched inside a new world! You can see facts about the area, turn on the sound and go into different areas. I've only done one so far, but had to write this. I almost wrapped the thing back up before I even tried it because of the reviews. Going to download the others and try them too
Purchased Content Doesn't Work

Got the ViewMaster for my boys. They enjoyed the demo content so I purchased the $14 destinations. Doesn't work. As other reviews indicate the M spinner just spins and the app does nothing. As a software guy this is ridiculous. This software never should've been released. Hopefully it's fixed soon. Not sure if the same issue exists for space and wildlife content. Reluctant to spend another $14.

Along with everyone else, apparently, the app simply doesn't work. At all! It sometimes even tells me that it doesn't register that I even paid for it now, but won't let me "restore purchase" either. I tried everything. Turned my iPhone 6 on and off. Went into settings and asked it to reboot, essentially. Nothing is working. The demos worked fine, so I was beyond, Beyond exited to have my 8 year old daughter open it on Christmas. I purchased the physical one of Destinations, but later realized that it would much simpler to not have an 8 yr old have to worry about looking at the disk every time. (Due to lighting, it was hard for me and my friend to get that to work for the sample pack.) So I took it back prior to opening and purchased the app through the app store. Not only am I super disappointed, but I haven't a clue how to get back my $15 through the app store. If we even can. Lastly, I have a big issue about the starter kit. I have the receipt, I could simply take it back, but... I have now less than 30 days to do so. I don't want to, but what if it takes Mattel longer than 30 days to realize they can't fix this? Then I'm out more than $45 after tax. Please, Mattel, fix this!
