Terrible! – View-Master® Destinations Review

Along with everyone else, apparently, the app simply doesn't work. At all! It sometimes even tells me that it doesn't register that I even paid for it now, but won't let me "restore purchase" either. I tried everything. Turned my iPhone 6 on and off. Went into settings and asked it to reboot, essentially. Nothing is working. The demos worked fine, so I was beyond, Beyond exited to have my 8 year old daughter open it on Christmas. I purchased the physical one of Destinations, but later realized that it would much simpler to not have an 8 yr old have to worry about looking at the disk every time. (Due to lighting, it was hard for me and my friend to get that to work for the sample pack.) So I took it back prior to opening and purchased the app through the app store. Not only am I super disappointed, but I haven't a clue how to get back my $15 through the app store. If we even can. Lastly, I have a big issue about the starter kit. I have the receipt, I could simply take it back, but... I have now less than 30 days to do so. I don't want to, but what if it takes Mattel longer than 30 days to realize they can't fix this? Then I'm out more than $45 after tax. Please, Mattel, fix this!
