It’s great, but I have a boundary of having full control of my channel, and I choose what goes. I also don’t like how they change there agreements. But other than that it’s great I should have read there contract for using there stuff more thoroughly. So I wasted money on it.
Thumbnails Don’t show up! iPad

I’ve had videoleap for a couple years now, but recently I renewed my yearly subscription and then suddenly all of my projects don’t have thumbnail images, which makes it nearly impossible to edit. I have contacted help several times and different people keep asking me to send the same things without any resolution for the last two weeks. I use Videoleap for work, so this is making it very very very challenging!

WHERE IS THE DUPLICATE BUTTON?!! How you goin move something and not tell your users where you moved it to?!! And then tell them to email you if they want to know where it is…like WHAAAT?! After this subscription end im done.

So this app is 100% amazing but for one thing after you create your video after awhile you can’t see the video I don’t know if it is some kind of bug but I really wanted to see some of my old videos but I can’t. Lighttricks pease fix this!!!
Time limit for free version

This was a great app, and I appreciated how much I could do with the free version. However, they recently instated a time limit in the pro version, you can no longer make videos longer than 1:30 or something like that. Very frustrated and disappointed.

This app used to be good but then you basically require to pay in order to make things like you used to with this app. Great example of a good app run by greedy people.
