In the new update you can’t edit a video if it’s over a minute if you aren’t paying for pro. Update : they removed the duplicate button a decision that was so pointless and necessary it was an actually useful feature. I’d suggest not using video leap.

this app was a great editing app for awhile, i only needed to edit simple things so not being able to use the “pro” features didn’t affect me much. until a recent update when they all of a sudden required pro to EXPORT AND SAVE the video??? i understand some features requiring pro but this just takes the simplicity that i loved about it and takes it away because i can no longer quickly edit a video and save it. as much as i loved this app for editing i’m finding a new one because this is ridiculous

You used to be able to make videos longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds but now you can’t, and now you can’t even use a delete button if you don’t pay up, I’m moving on to a different editing studio.
You need to add duplicate back

When duplicate was in Videoleap it was so helpful, it was the best thing they had added but now that it’s gone, I have to go frame by frame to see where the last video was. ADD DUPLICATE BACK!!!

why i use videoleap
This is bad not trying to be mean but you have to stop making us have to use the Videoleap pro. Then we won’t be able to use videoleap. Please fix that I’m sorry I said that I hope ur not mad):

The app when I first got it was great. The limits on the app were minimal and the possibilities seemed endless. I was enjoying making little mini movies around 10 minutes long and then one big mistake. The biggest mistake Videoleap ever made a time limit. You have got to be f-ing kidding me. This is absolutely unacceptable. This makes it next to impossible now to make those movies. Videoleap ruined their app because they got greedy. I made this. Review a while back and they haven’t even considered my request. Cmon they even tried to encourage me to get pro like give me a break. So my suggestion is to not get this app if you want to make long videos for free.

Can anyone help whenever I make a project then leave the app I come back and the video put into the projects have a triangle on them and can’t be used

Overall it’s a pretty good editing app, but there are WAY too many bugs/system errors. I have had an annual membership for almost 2 years and hoped that this would allow for more editing options and a smoother creative process, but with the glitches and malfunctions, that has not been the case. For example, at times my clips disappear while editing, added sound effects don’t save to exported videos, and the app freezes and I have to exit and wait sometimes up to 30 minutes to resume editing. I had hoped that overtime these issues would be resolved but so far they have not ?
