(Support) purchased pro, horrible resolution

Hey guys, I purchased your pro version because it made my editing so much easier with the type of video I shoot. But when I purchased your pro version I obviously started editing a little heavier and now all of my uploads have extremely poor resolution, looks like 360. I use a GoPro hero 5 in 1080 60fps and an IPhone 8 Plus so other apps are uploading fine. I’d be extremely grateful to resolve this issue since I just purchased pro last night. -Jackson

The app is free and I’m sure it’s great, but the first page that pops up once you download the app is a page of upgrade options and at best that confuses people. I’m sure after using the app for a bit, I will give it a 5 star rating like most, but I’d still give those first few seconds after downloading it a one star rating because it’s not well thought out and it’s probably hurting your cause. At least, give people a minute to see that it’s free and to play with it, before showing upgrade options. Who in the world is gonna upgrade before they’ve had a chance to play with it a minute anyway?

With so many complaints from so many people about the increasing costs of subscriptions, I really think hard before I sign up! I signed up for this one and it was one of the best investments I have made recently. I now do things with video on my iPhone that could previously only be done on a desktop computer; and I get it done better and faster! If you do video, I believe you will like VideoLeap. I cannot say enough good things about the group of people who make this happen. I need to be very careful not to say too many good things because, who knows, they might decide to increase the subscription costs?! Keep it coming Light Tricks! Nicely ? done!

Still using free version and so far amazing! I have edited about 12 YouTube reviews in this app! So much easier than any other app, I have tried many! Love the ease of editing and intuitive controls without sacrificing features..in fact this app has the most features I have seen in any mobile video editing app!! When I find the need to upgrade I wouldn’t hesitate as this app is a key part of my work flow now!

This app is great I use it all the time... but being a flipaclip animator I use this to do in-betweening, and when I make a slight movement it does a 360 to go from point A to point B not the slight movement I need it to. I hope someone sees this and patches this bug One other thing it gets kinda glitchy after 20 layers/clips and sometimes I need the editing app I’m using to go past 60 layers/clips and still work okay, I hope some of these bugs can be fixed
