Most difficult and confusing app I have ever tried working with! Worked for two shows and then suddenly nothing syncs! The instructions do not work! Help!
Doesn’t work on TV

I don’t understand why it doesn’t translate over to the TV. If I’m logged into the accounts (Amazon, Netflix) on my tv why don’t the VidAngel settings translate over. If I have a smart tv what’s the point of having to use another device just to get it to work on there?
Impossible to use

Used to love this app but now it won’t connect to the Apple TV and the clunky interface is impossible to use. The tv app says to log on to VidAngel.com to register a new device. When you log in online it asks for a code from the device you’re trying to register and the code will be given when you log in to the app on the device. After 30-45 minutes of running in circles (logging in and out online and on phone and Apple TV) I just gave up. Sad as it is a great concept and used to work.
Doesn’t work with Amazon Video

I tried to stream using Amazon video and it said I needed to download Microsoft Silverlight first, which doesn’t work with iPad. It makes no sense. Did they even test the app before they released it?

Won’t work on any firestick. Casts from phone maybe once a months. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!

I appreciate an app that lets you filter movies and shows like I was so glad when I found this app!!! It’s so worth it.

Believe it or not we need a lower quality streaming option. We have to use a cellular hotspot to stream. If it’s too good of quality, we can’t really view it. Vudu and amazon allow lower quality to stream easier but yours does not. We pray this is possible. I typically want God displayed in the best quality but if it can’t load it’s no good. Please understand we want to watch but that’s our challenge. Thanks for any consideration.

In-app purchase is not allowing me to use it. I will update the rating if it ever works for me. This is pretty buggy so far.
