I downloaded the app to receive a free panty coupon along with the hope that shopping would become easier. Did any of that happen? NO! I had $200.00 worth of stuff in my cart and VS couldn’t honor not even 1 coupon! I had 1 for 20% off a full priced item, $10 off your purchase, and the free panty. After multiple failed attempts on my own to redeem the coupons I went on a live chat. On the live chat I got such delayed responses that I lost 2 of the items in my cart and she told my that I was using the wrong app and stupid and there was no way she could apply my offers! Does she think I pulled these 15 digit codes out of my a*s? My last transaction with VS!
App runs terrible

Recently both the pink app and the VS app have both run what looks like a desktop version and not a mobile version and it’s incredibly annoying. Please fix.

I get “error loading” when I try to install this app on my new iPhone X.

Constant “error loading, tap to retry” ISO is up to date and a just redone loaded the app ?
Not ideal on iPad

Would be great if you could develop an app specifically for iPad. The current version doesn’t work well. Navigation and the purchasing process are difficult.

I just get my Victoria secret ap and it’s useless . Not working at all. Going to remove from my phone. And I tried everything to fix it.

I don’t see any thing new on the new upgrade the app got worst you can even check the image of the previous items you bought is the same crap as going on the website Crap

Why the hell would you remove the bookmark/love list feature? How in the world does help or increase shopping for your products. Also when we did have our love/favorites list why the hell do you keep removing the links to the products whenever you made an adjustment to your prices? Seriously, fire the sales person who thought this was an efficient or good idea.
New update is bad

What did you do? Navigation and filtering used to be so easy. Being able to like something was handy for shopping later and that’s gone. Glitchy now as well. Give her another go.
