Super annoying if you don’t have premium

I wanted to use the free version because I really like the daily fitness and water tracking but it constantly pops up to pay for premium and it got too annoying to keep the app :/

Confidence

roemanse

I am 76 yo and want to stay as healthy as possible without having to think a lot, plan a lot, go outside the home, and have information all together in one place to review. This boosts confidence for me as well as satisfaction that I am accomplishing my goal. THANKS! Happy New Year 2021!?

Let me start off by saying that although this app does have a great variety, it’s definitely NOT for beginners. And yes, you have to pay for this app. No trial. I haven’t trained in a very long time and wanted to start a new journey with some strong guidance and workout plan created for me to get back into the gist of things. The app collects your information and provides a itinerary more or less for what you should do to reach whatever your goal weight is. The itinerary is very vague. It suggests 30-50 minutes of workout daily, 10-30 minutes walking etc. Other than that, nothing else. You’re then thrown into the main page of the app’s fitness library; at this point, you’re on your own. It gives a variety of workouts and meal plans but it doesn’t really point out what meals would be best for your goal weight & why, what excercises to benefit from most, no daily diary / update sheet, nothing. I can find all of this online myself. I basically just paid $14.99 to look at different kinds of work outs and meal ideas, meditation. Google & YouTube can do this for free. Not worth the money. If you’re looking for program guidance or plan, skip this app. I know, I should’ve checked the bad reviews first buuuuuut I did not. My fault. Safe to say I have cancelled. ??‍♀️

Best Exercise app for getting started

Timsgal98

I love this app for it’s simplicity. If you’re just starting out to exercise the app provides straightforward instructions, no brains, just easy to follow routines adjusted to your abilities. The programs are geared so that they are easily attainable, progressing as you get stronger. There is also wide variety of additional workouts you can add to your routine if you want to work a certain area or need a boosts of cardio. And the cost is so affordable for what is available in apps. It is the best value for what I’ve found so far. Love this app!!

Pretty good so far

Workouts - I would like to see low impact options. Nutrition - I’m only on the first day, and would like to have the ability to add what I actually ate. I love the recipes, but don’t see a way to input what I ate throughout the day. Options - I don’t see any way to adjust my priorities. My initial choices did not include coaching, and I’m wondering if I can change it.

Not reliable

Meglun

I paid for the premium membership and I have a difficult time getting the workouts to download. If I can get it to slowly download they can glitch and I cannot finish the full workout. Very frustrating.

It’s really good but...

It is really good but it is very expensive I wish it was free but other then that its a really good app

iPad to iPhone

racheljmars

This app is a paid app and you aren’t able to track your progress through the app on separate devices. I prefer to use my iPad for a bigger screen, I started with my iPhone. Now I can’t track my progress. This is literally the only app I’ve ever seen not sync like this and it’s a paid app. It’s very frustrating. I will not renew. I have read other reviews since I realized this is an issue and it still has yet to be fixed. Not sure why the customers aren’t being heard, this is a super important function.
