Pretty good so far – Fitness Verv: Daily Exercise Review
Workouts - I would like to see low impact options.
Nutrition - I’m only on the first day, and would like to have the ability to add what I actually ate. I love the recipes, but don’t see a way to input what I ate throughout the day.
Options - I don’t see any way to adjust my priorities. My initial choices did not include coaching, and I’m wondering if I can change it.
