Eh. – Fitness Verv: Daily Exercise Review
Let me start off by saying that although this app does have a great variety, it’s definitely NOT for beginners. And yes, you have to pay for this app. No trial.
I haven’t trained in a very long time and wanted to start a new journey with some strong guidance and workout plan created for me to get back into the gist of things.
The app collects your information and provides a itinerary more or less for what you should do to reach whatever your goal weight is.
The itinerary is very vague.
It suggests 30-50 minutes of workout daily,
10-30 minutes walking etc.
Other than that, nothing else. You’re then thrown into the main page of the app’s fitness library; at this point, you’re on your own.
It gives a variety of workouts and meal plans but it doesn’t really point out what meals would be best for your goal weight & why, what excercises to benefit from most, no daily diary / update sheet, nothing.
I can find all of this online myself.
I basically just paid $14.99 to look at different kinds of work outs and meal ideas, meditation. Google & YouTube can do this for free.
Not worth the money. If you’re looking for program guidance or plan, skip this app.
I know, I should’ve checked the bad reviews first buuuuuut I did not. My fault. Safe to say I have cancelled. ??♀️
