Unusable App

If you’re having trouble with your internet and hoping to take your frustration to the next level, this app is for you. It’s ridiculously slow and full of bugs. My favorite bug is the way the text input box disappears anytime the agent you’re chatting with types something. I was hoping this would be more pleasant than calling Verizon, but it was a disappointing waste of time.

This is the worst app I have unfortunately installed. Takes almost a full 60 seconds just to initially load. It’s covered in completely irrelevant banner messages/ads that are impossible to dismiss but overlay anything you are trying to actually do. They also push you to use their chat feature for support which is an abomination. It constantly disconnects you from the person you are talking to and there is no way to reconnect to that agent, so you spend all your time repeating yourself while accomplishing nothing. Also if you use ANY other app then the Fios app refreshes entirely, making you wait another 60 seconds for it to load while also disconnecting you from the agent as well. This app makes me want to drop Verizon entirely.

Was referred here by phone rep in order to resolve issue of renaming my WiFi network and password. But, can't find anything on renaming network, and process to change password seems broken or inoperative. Now I'm back on phone and have been waiting for over a half an hour already with no help, just 'hold' music. Very frustrated and VERY angry about the poor service and support from verizon and this useless app!!


Worst app I have ever seen

Super slow and clunky. Most of the features don’t work and gets stuck after every tab. Honestly, this app is a reason to look elsewhere for service.

It literally stopped working. Gives me a FaceID error but won’t let me enable FaceID so it never stops loading and I can’t login by any means

I have no broadband connection. Each time Verizon reconnects the internet. It only stays connected for 25 hours. This has been going on since 12-20-21.


Trash app for a trash company

Goodluck getting any part of this app to actually work aside from anything related to money being given to them or opportunities to potentially shop for new stuff, to again…. Give them money for. A money hungry company who doesn’t care about their customers. This company surely has fallen from when I originally was a customer when I was younger.
