Too slow, lost connection often

The app is very slow. It takes forever to load to log in. Keeps losing connections. Videos can’t run and many functions doesn’t work.

Sometimes you feel like Verizon wants users to use the app.. constant errors about cannot process request.. system error.. not able to connect.. if you call their support it is an hour wait.. it is as good as not having support.

The phone in customer service is difficult to use. When not entering information because I needed customer service to give it to me. I was hung up on and blocked from calling back to the customer service phone line!

I’ve successfully signed on however I keep getting issues pulling up my account. I get a “We are sorry , unable to process your request. Please try again later.” This app is worthless unfortunately I cannot seem to find any solution on the desktop version. Fix it please.

Home Network Protection not working

Home Network Protection stopped working back in October 2021 and hasn’t worked since. Tech Support hasn’t been able to fix, blames issue on mobile app. Who can fix this?
