Constant Router Connection Problems

The Fios app does nothing but report that my router is unresponsive or unreachable. Verizon support is also unresponsive or unreachable. Everything is automated, computer generated and tested with no positive results. I'm done with Verizon and Fios. ?


Bad app if you have internet problema

If you habe no issues with internet. This is good app to aee what is in your router and bills etc. if you have problems. This app does not work. Basically you cannot chat to report your issues… reliability of internet has drastically dropped… time to go look for other providers


App Stopped Working w/ No Fix

The app stopped working for me. I can no longer use the WiFi troubleshooter and there appears to be no way to fix this.

I can’t get anywhere in the app, including to use support for help. There is a constant error message telling me to “try again later”

Service is great, the app is slow. Everything you click takes forever to load

1. Loads slowly 2. Sometimes it sends you in circles 3. Too often crashes & closes 4. Intensely dislike that it sends you to the sales side first. 5. Everything you may need cannot be done with the app. 6. Chat Bot is an Epic failure and text chat with an agent isn't any better. 7. Verizon and FIOS are greedy & too expensive.


Lacks basic functionality

Your development and UX teams should be fired. This app barely passes for usable. The chat function freezes, the keyboard constantly disappears, and there is no autocorrect or predictable text. All of your resources take me outside of the app and don’t actually answer any question. Also, no one wants 12 different Verizon apps. Don’t have a different app for every single function.
