This app is absolute garbage. Especially when you want to watch something on demand. It rarely saves the state of the video and many times it just crashes the video and you have start watching something from the beginning. If that is not enough If you try to track where you left off, you are in for at least 20-25 mins of commercials... I used to be a Comcast customer and I was super happy with anything that had to do with On Demand. Verizon is just not up to par. Both on the app and TV...

Yet again, the app stopped working, consistently suggests box and mobile device are not on the same WiFi. Deleted and reloaded app, deactivated mobile devices in menu. Nothing works.

1. All my saved recordings are there but no longer can be watched on my device.. They start snd then they quit.. Last night I clicked resume watching about a dozen times until I had to go to the network site and watch there. 2. The controls are worthless. First showing means not recording at all. App rerecords the same show over and over and over - doesn't differentiate watched from unwatched. I could sit here all day and list the fails. I never thought I'd miss TIVO but I do. Get your **** together! ps.. Your ads are creepy as hell.. Lolita?

Works one day and not the next- Can’t watch on Phone or IPad Requires re-installation - Won’t work on other carriers WiFi networks sometimes- Spectrum and Optimum apps are much more reliable - thinking of changing after contract expires.

Fios steaming is intermittent. Customer service is piss poor. Closed trouble ticket without repairing or contacting me.

Literally the worst app on my iPad; excep for the ones that haven’t been updated in 2 os updates. This app usually does t launch, and when it does, it usually doesn’t connect. When i does it’s laggy and slow. Pretty good reason to avoid fios overall. Just awful.
