As great as your app is, sometimes the audio is lost, or the video freezes, and I often have to shut it off and turn it back on again. Please fix this!

App used to work well, now the data stream stops resulting in a program with words but no updated video. Good job guys, made a nice app into a disaster.

My remote finally broke after years of dropping it. After getting this app, I decided to stay with it instead of getting a new remote. It’s so cool that I can watch whatever is on tv, on my tablet.

App Just Stuck In Opening Mode

Go to open app, just hangs in the buffering state. Restart my phone, same. Soft reset my phone, same. Uninstall/reinstall app, same. iPhone 8 Plus. What’s up Verizon?


Problem with app

This app is the worst. I am never able to completely watch a show, on my phone, whether I’m home or away. 2 minutes in to using the app it always crashes and I’m not able to get it back online. Just horrible!


Where are my stations?

Every morning I watch Morning Joe on MSNBC on my phone while I get ready in the AM. So why is it only available today on my TV? Every time I turn around there’s another problem with this app. What now Verizon? Hating it!!

Is that or I don’t understand too much because when I want to turn one of the basic channel that is what I have, I can’t see it in my phone or ipad it doesn’t work if I want too see something that is on demand don’t allow me to do that, only said record and I don’t have recorder boxes I just want to turn my channels in my phone or ipad but no....


Bugs issues., freezes constantly

I’m loosing faith at this point. Top ranking Verizon, can do much better. Contacted for top notch service., paying top dollars. Streaming on IPhone X., get up to speed with this application. I’m not lowering my standards.
