Nothing but problems

I have had nothing but issues since signing up. I signed up for Venmo to make things easier.. it first had trouble verifying my phone. It would not send the code. Then I tried to connect a different phone and the code sent but it said the code it sent was wrong. After that I tried online and it said the password was wrong though I obviously know the password I chose I just signed up yesterday. I reset the password, resign in and try to connect my phone. This time it sends the code and links my phone. So I go to connect to my bank account and it claims my phone isn’t connected... ridiculous So as of now my money is stuck in the Venmo app.

Locked me out of my account for a year now and deleted the money that was in my account that was over $200 and have been unable to get it back and unable to reach anyone on their team for help you should just use Apple Pay or square cash instead of this app
