Obviously the objective of me downloading this app is to instantly transfer funds to my account from other people with different banks or outside of business hours. However, venmo doesn't mention that they can flag your account if they sense there is a risk or something, which isn't the main issue. The issue is that no one in customer service can reverse this "flag" or tell me what the hell happened on my account for me to not use the instant transfer feature. I'm my opinion, that makes the app pointless.

I paid $300 to a friend but there was no confirmation statement... just sent to original page. So I tried again, but paid twice. Now I have to figure how to cancel one payment

GREAT APP! TRANSFERS MONEY EASILY. YOU HAVE TO CHANGEYOU SETTINGS THOUGH IF YOU DONT WANT EVERYONE KNOWINGYOUR BUSINESS.
Venmo is so convenient.

I find the social media aspect of Venmo to be really strange, but I like the ease and convenience of having it linked to my contacts and having pictures to help recognize friends.
