Very frustrating trying to get some answers about why I’m unable to transfer 3k to my family. 1. Tried calling and was on hold for 20 mins without anyone answering 2. Tried the “text chat” and it said it was not working 3. Emailed approx 3 times today with no real response

Where did the “Manage Account” option go? Can’t transfer money from my bank to Venmo anymore in the app.

I’ve been having issues not only with my new Venmo card but also someone sent me $100 and it was taken from their account and never put into mine! I’ve sent email after email after email and have gotten no help whatsoever. Custom service has been awful and I am extremely frustrated because I got the Venmo card for a reason and I haven’t been able to use it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

So far I love Venmo! Alway giving me surprises with refund went I’m not expecting it, like yesterday I went to Trader Joe’s to buy groceries I pay and Venmo refund all my purchase!!! Thank you so much! You just make my week!
