Honestly by far the worst platform to date or one of them!!!!

They canceled a deposit to my bank as well as took the money out of my account saying the bank transfer was canceled, but the person who sent me the money didn’t get notified as to everything happening unrighteously. When I called the person who had sent the money neither they were aware of the situation, thus they magically made the money disappear. One specialist said money went back and the other was telling a different story on top of this they froze and locked both accounts with $430 of ours. This is bizarre. Absolute BS!!! I wish to give a fraction of this one star as to the explanation and unjust act they pulled on us. I will be reporting this beyond Apple store and all over as well as prosecute these folks. Wow just wow!!!!!!!!
Transfer issue

The first time I tried to transfer funds to my bank, it won’t allow me to do so until I kept trying over 10 times. The second time around the issue happened again. It won’t allow you to transfer instantly. When I contacted the support, they said because of lack of access they are not able to see help me and recommended me to send the funds using 1-3 day option. If I wanted to wait three days I would just accept check from my sender. Furthermore, the app keeps on freezing.

I just hate it!! Never would have agreed to use this but my client (for whatever reason) likes to use it.

I hate how this app is trying to be a social network. I just want it to be a tool to easily exchange money with my friends if one of us doesn’t have cash. I don’t want to see every exchange my friends make with people other than me. It feels weird knowing when other people are exchanging money and seeing stupid things like rent, dinner, gas, etc pop up all over as soon as I open the app. I don’t care what they do with other people. Just stop....

Worst app ever . I made my account and tried to get an instant payout and my account was froze the very next day . But I don’t break any rules . I sent it my id like they asked so my identification can be proven and they permanently deactivated my account and my money wasn’t returned . DO NOT download this app
